Nearly 400 participants attended our Fourth Annual International Summit on Non-Adversarial, Non-Punitive Interventions for At-Risk Kids in Portland, Maine on November 7, 2014, which featured keynote speaker Dr. James Garbarino, author of Lost Boys: Why Our Sons Turn Violent and How We Can Save Them and the forthcoming I Listen to Killers: Lessons Learned from 20 Years as a Psychological Expert Witness in Murder Cases. The day also featured dynamic presentations on a wide variety of non-punitive, non-adversarial interventions, as well as very poignant thoughts from inmates at the Maine State Prison.
